I started my career as an elementary education teacher, later I owned and directed a preschool.  Currently I am a certified dyslexia coach and a passionate homeschool mom.  Regardless of all these titles I am an advocate for my children and their educational success.  When we were told that our oldest child would never be able to read or write that is when everything changed.  I began down the path of researching everything that I could find that could potentially help my son.  We paid for and had him do several different expensive programs where we saw differing degrees of progress.  Even though there were a lot of research based answers that I found, nothing seemed to be the exact pieces that we needed for him to succeed.
